4. Client Obligations

5. Fees & Payment

Our fees are clearly communicated before any engagement. A non‑refundable consultation fee may apply. Success fees are charged only after a tangible benefit (waiver, settlement, or score improvement) has been achieved. All payments must be made via the agreed method. Late payments may attract additional charges.

6. Remote Access & Security

Our process involves OTP‑based Gmail access to view your loan statements. We do not store your passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We strongly recommend changing your password after our engagement concludes. We are not liable for any misuse of your account that occurs due to your failure to secure it.
